A body treatment method originating from ancient Asian therapies, that applies several pindas (hot sachets) of herbs and pips that allows a mobilization of muscles and blood stream. In addition, essential oils are used to balance the internal energy and have a relaxing and anti-stress effect.

Pindas are used in various oriental therapies, being originally from China, Thailand and India (the last used as part of Ayurvedic medicine), the pindas consist of linen sachets containing medicinal herbs and aromatic spices with stimulating and relaxing properties. They are preheated and moistered with oil to create the desired therapeutic effect during massage.

Shirodhara, an element of Ayurvedic medicine, has been used for 5,000 years in India.
The word shirodhara breaks down into two ideas: “shiro,” meaning head, and “dhara,” which means flow. Together they form a concept that aims to bring physical and emotional balance by rejuvenating the spirit and preserving health. This is achieved through a relaxing technique in which warmed oil is poured over a client’s forehead, followed by head and shoulder massage.
