Coaching is supportive, provoking and non-judgmental. It’s important you enter into coaching with the understanding that you are responsible for creating your own results.

Our intensive coaching will be held around the activities you book with Omassim. After our initial conversation, we will agree on how many hours you wish to book. A good start is 3 hours a day, 3 days during the week. Depending on your goal and situation, you may want to consider all 5 days or more hours.
The idea of Intensive Coaching is that you can relax, while working on yourself, heal and integrate.
