We believe Yoga and Surfing are two wonderful full-body practices which guide you to inner peace, to a connection with your natural state and the elements and to deep love. We believe that engaging in both can have a dynamic effect on each. The principle objective of this week is to take your wave-riding to a new level through intensive Surf lessons (app. 22h/week) in combination with a mix of daily Vinyasa Flow and restorative post-surf Yoga classes.

Progress Surf Shool provides Surf classes for different levels in separated groups. The Surf courses are specifically designed for your level of surfing, combining theory and practice in the most effective way. As a complete beginner you will learn how to surf with us from the start. Well-experienced surfers will get the chance to perfect their surfing techniques. Riding a wave requires focus, a clear mind and a strong, lean body. That’s why we give you the opportunity to join additional Yoga classes. If you can find your focus and clear your mind through Yoga, you will progress more in your Surfing skills.
