My name is Anne Lyse, and I embarked on my yoga journey around 12 years ago. It all began when I was introduced to meditation, and a few years later, I started practicing vinyasa yoga.
Throughout my life, I have always been deeply interested in well-being, particularly in relation to mental health and the workings of the mind. For me, yoga became a beautiful tool accessible to everyone, enabling us to navigate life with greater ease and understanding. It was a profound discovery.
During my travels to India, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in more traditional forms of yoga and delve into the philosophical underpinnings behind the practices. This experience left an indelible mark on me, and it is what I strive to share through my yoga classes—a fusion of the ancient wisdom tailored to our modern lives, and body. Allowing us to find greater harmony, well-being, and connection.
